Welcome to day 5 of “Newbie to Ninja” here on WLPR! “Newbie to Ninja” is a beginner’s guide to Apple’s Logic Pro. Videos drop daily (Mondays-Fridays) for the next several weeks.
If you’re brand new to Logic Pro, this series will help you go from feeling like a beginner to complete comfort in Apple’s amazing DAW.
Today’s video focuses on getting you set up to perform and record with the Software Instruments in Logic Pro. Logic comes loaded with tons of awesome instruments you can use for your Projects. Everything from synths to vintage keys, acoustic drums to drum machines, and so much more!
But to be able to perform and record with the built-in instruments, you’ll need some way to play those instruments. And you can do this using either a connected USB Controller or even your Mac’s keyboard 🙂
Check out today’s video above to begin writing and performing with software instrument tracks in your Projects.
